Revised quote for upgraded core: £36 ea + vat. Less 15% if we can get 5 pairs.

OK, put me down for a pair please.

I've been thinking of revamping mine into a proper enclosure for some time and replacing the MOT's as the same time.

Once I have the new chokes I can donate the MOT's to a forum regular for just postage costs. :)

Not sure how to interpret that Ray - does it mean you are thinking about it?

I have 2 pairs of the smaller hamonds one pair unused, but can't help wondering if ?
If the laminations do effect the sound like an output transformer, I would prefer amorphous or nanocrystaline !!
The tube manual is quite like a telephone book. The number of it perfect. It is useful to make it possible to speak with a girl. But we can't see her beautiful face from the telephone number

BTW, I have confirmed that the 3.5A rating is the continuous operating figure and not the saturation current. Very Big MoFo if you have the sinks for it :D

Hi Ian

these tentative GBs can be quite entertaining if some of the wouldbe start ups on DIYA are anything to go by.

Have you thought about a cutoff point for waiting...if there has been no further interest by the end of November can you let me have the supplier details.

As soon as we get to 5 pairs I’m ordering. Note that these are open frame - a bell cover is £3.50 extra. I can collect them but if you are any distance from Huddersfield there will obviously be postage as well.

So please copy and paste and add your name / quantity:

Ian: 2 pairs

Thanks to Ian for arranging this purchase. :)

Ian, the money has been transferred, should be in your account in a couple of hours.
