I'm having trouble sending emails to my brother in law.....I get an error message:

I've googled it and all I can find is a number of problems associated with exchange server at the other end....I confess I'm out of my depth.
has anybody got any idea what's going on, or how I could progress this?

I just tried it and got much the same. Are you sure the email is correct?

yesterday Sandrine received an email from that address and did a reply and that was the response to the reply from the remote server.
I checked the address in the sent email for discrepencies and couldn't find any so guessed it was correct.....
I scratch my head...in the meantime she sends emails to her mum and asks her mum to forward them to her brother.....
but whatever, thanks for looking
