I'm very sorry Steve but I'm afraid I am going to have to cancel out of this year's Owston meetup. We're in the middle of a kitchen upgrade and it came at just the wrong time. I can still pay the sub to avoid you being out of pocket?

I had a room booked for 2 nights at the Owston Hall, which I've just cancelled so that should now be freed up if anyone wants to snap it up...

I hope you all have a great time and I will miss meeting up - hopefully next year!

They did ask how many would be eating there on Friday evening for a pre order of food.

They have said twice they are emailing me the menu but I've not received it, so just order food at the bar ?
I'll be in touch with them to confirm numbers on Monday, but it's too close to be organising a pre order now
