I've been fiddling with the pultec eq..devil makes work for idle hands etc etc
I dug out this oldie and applied a bit of pultec to the master...
here's the pultec contribution:

If your chum already has a good version on his daw them I'm not sure what he might gain by spending money and time in building a real one....other than what we all acheive by building these pesky amplifiers.....unless he's planning on going analog, in which case..respect!
