To be pedantic you have become intolerant of people talking about their minor health issues, not the issues as such. Not as bad imho.

These last couple of months I've had a colonoscopy polypectomy, prostate biopsy and a hernia repair but hey, that's nothing compared to a hemorrhagic stroke of the basil ganglia so I'm told ;)

Izzy I'm to lazy to look any of them up , so I've thought of a way we can decide. .

Would we rather have what you've had or what I've had ?

Try "basal ganglia" Max.

You're taking the piss out of the spelling of a man whose had a major bleed of the basal (thanks pre) ganglia .

I'm lucky I can't spot humour when I see it .😂
.

As an aside , 49 days after the bleed , I was in a hospital bed in and out of consciousness . The neurosurgeon was preparing my wife to be, on the reality of the future. He mentioned many things which thankfully have not come to fruition but apparently sarcasm was beyond my damaged brain .

Dennis, I don't suppose for one moment you "enjoy" your ailment, but you do seem to take great delight in telling people about it. :?

It's not "General health matters over and over again".

I seem to remember someone posting recently about getting fed up with hearing about other peoples health problems.

I'm sorry my experiences aren't as interesting as your rehydration salts et al. We can't all be so lucky to have such tales to regale the forum

Your experiences were interesting first time round, and your progress towards better mobility is interesting as well.
