The design process continues.
I really wanted the heatsink to be on top, but that gives problems in the way things go together.
I think I've now sussed out a way to do it, so all I need is 2M of 25mm dia aluminium bar. I'm communicating with a (fairly) local stockholder to obtain some.
Then it will be into the workshop for cutting, machining, tapping etc, more blood I expect.

Any further developments on this, Phil?
The world looks so different after learning science. For example, trees are made of air, primarily. When they are burned, they go back to air, and in their flaming heat is released the flaming heat of the Sun which was bound in to convert air into tree.

Not really.
Must get going on this, need to sort out the wooden bits before it gets too cold, can't rout in the conservatory.
