Yeah, not 'arf. I wonder if the files will ever get released to us?

There's a live 'Teapot-era' release coming out too, I think that might be pre-Mike Howlett and have Francis Moze from Magma on Fretless Bass. I've got a live bootleg from that time but the recording is pretty ropey but interesting jam-wise.

That Michelle Shocked album was recorded on a Sony Walkman Pro WM-D6C IIRC. It's, er, atmospheric with the crickets chirping and the lorries accelerating in the distance.

I saw her live once. She, along with The Beatnigs (who became The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy) were supporting Billy Bragg. The most memorable part of the night was The Beatnigs using an angle grinder on an old VW Beetle bonnet for percussion! Blimey, that was 35 years ago.
