Couldn't resist.

It was brill, thanks for asking everyone heheheheheheheh.
Front row of the 02, lordy lordy, what a view....hang on... look at the bass on that stand about 20ft in front of me in the pit band. Thats a well-worn Lake Placid Blue very early Fender Jazz with stack knobs.
I know of one bloke who uses one of them, it couldn't be. Could it? %^&$ yeah! It is.
I can add another bass legend on my 'have-seen' list, hello Mr Herbie Flowers

Spectacular stage show, and best of all I saw 'Erb make mistakes on the bass parts. He's human

He's one of my all time musical hero's, first saw him live when I was 15, along with some guitarist called John Williams and Tristan Fry (probably the best percussionist you have never heard of)Dave the bass wrote:I can add another bass legend on my 'have-seen' list, hello Mr Herbie Flowers DTB
