There are some mornings when Janacek just doesn't hit the spot so Uncle Bruce is churning out Darkness on the Edge of Town.
Funny how in this lovely crisp sunny Saturday morning it sounds just right.

Philosophers have only interpreted the world - the point, however, is to change it. No it isn't ... maybe we should leave it alone for a while.

The first five songs are perfection.

Then I think I name you after me
I think I call you appetite.

I should get that album. My understanding of them is so far just from Youtube clips, especially the one of them performing 'When love breaks down' on OGWT.

“Hot dog, jumpin’ frog, Albuquerque!” I say.
Or as my daughter, 5 at the time used to sing,
“ Hot dog, jumpin’ frog, have a cookie.”
Great band. Andromeda Heights is also a great album, especially as it has my fave PF song “Electric Guitars” on it.
