#1 Oil for SP10

Post by Mr. Spock's beard »

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question - I read somewhere that Technics do a unique oil for their Direct Drive turntables. Does anyone know where I can buy some? Does it differ significantly from any other suitable for turntables or is it just foo?

Its SFW0010 oil, you can normally get it off ebay or a DJ spares site but I've checked ebay and cant find any at the moment...otherwise any light oil would be OK

In my youth Singer sewing machine oil was the biz for lots of things, and it's still available.
