Lower piccy, high up, you've got three colour coded connections (green/pink/blue) - those are the audio in/outs.

Below them, in the first add on slot, is a DVI connector - that's it - it's the computer equivalent of an HDMI connection.

Some monitors have a DVI and the more normal connection.

I had the same problem when I purchased my back up computer.

Sorted :D

I reckon the DVI connection is now the more normal connection, as opposed to the older VGA connection.

So does mine - although it's superfluous if you've got a HDMI output from yer 'puter.

Sumfink like this would do the job wiv a telly wot has HDMI inputs

Thank you got it working .

had to unplug and replug the memory to cancel a red light beep error.

found there is no wifi on board. (I suppose that is normal)

managed to load ubuntu 11.4 on it.

it has alicense for xp professional hp if anyone can send me a proper not a dosgy xp pro install disk I am legitimately entightled to install it. Can pm you my product key if you wish.

though personally I am happy with ubuntu these days my son would probably like Windows. THe schools have done a good job of indoctrination. Probably because Microsoft support them with freebies so that the kids fell helpless without microsoft products.

or am I just being a grumpy old man?

The synic in me says, now we know the truth about Rupert Murdock can we trust anyone who has reached the toP? Gates included!
