Hello everyone :)
Great to be here and many thanks to Nick and you all for letting me join you.
Despite my best efforts things were getting pretty lonely over the road and it's good to see so many old and new names again!
Sorry if I ramble on a bit as I'm used to talking to myself

Hi Richard, nice to see you.Welcome aboard.:D

I'ts a bit quiet here at the moment but there's lots to catch up with if you like.

I'm in Nottingham and have just finished doing up the house a bit the last year.
I'm now hoping to get back in the junk room and play with the hifi a bit.
I tried to post a few pics but Auntie Spam says I need 3 days good behaviour and 5 posts to stop me including any dubious content

Hello Philip and thanks! I'm just amazed there is so much here. I really just had my head down with one or two posts most days and didn't look at many other bbs.

Hi Richard

Nice to see you here.
I'm fed up seeing all the moderation going on over the road, so I've logged out, removed all bookmarks and walked away.

Enjoy your stay. :)

Woah, thank you David and Chris, missed you guys!

What set me off questioning the hermit lifestyle was realising everyone had gone bar a few old faithfulls (not Philip he's a young faithfull  )

That and finally getting round to doing a valve output cd player.
I've wanted to try it for about 5 years but had a nice old Pioneer which has no room inside and I didn't want to mess with too much.
Finally decided somethings got to change or this thing's going to see me out...
That set me off looking at the famous Lampy site and links checking circs and things all over the web.
It was then I realised that, hang on, I really should get out more
