LM317 Regulator (take #2)
Model simulates datasheet spec.
Max. o/p current:
Up to 15V across In / Out, 2.2A. Is then limited to 2.2A max.
If V across In / Out > 15.5V then max. o/p is limited to 400mA.
Edit ~ modified 18/06/2010 to make much simpler, fewer components and thrown away the thermal shutdown part. Can take too long to run and raise timestep errors. Well it was a while ago since I first did it.

Oh by the way my simple potentiometer model:
Only try not to get it upside down because bottom (wiper position 0) will become top (position 1) so will be confusing

New Triode Models
Using the Improved vacuum tube models formulas from here:
http://www.normankoren.com/Audio/Tubemo ... ticle.html
I found a text file of his on the net with loads of models in it
Updated 06 January 2010, 63 triodes! Even omitting umpteen duplications of JJ and Svetlana types. Plus a couple of my own
UPDATED 31/01/21010 due to mistake!
Go to All Valves.zip

New Tetrode Models
Norman Koren's 'new formulas', 35 types listed (duplications mostly omitted)
Edit
Updated 11 Feb 2010, mistake naming of grid anode capacitance

LOL
I tried removing only one, the action deletes both
Can't be two files same name or ID number so must be two copies in two different storage locations?

No, I moved the database to a different server, somehow I seem to have inserted every row twice in that table. Should be fixed now.
Little known fact, coherent thought can destructively interfere with itself leaving no thought at all, that’s why I prefer incoherent thought.

As there's a bit of confusion about this, this is how the drop down combo select lists work ~ double-click on SpiceModel line:

Valve Single Diodes
Just either single or double diodes with separate cathodes, is not in this list if a full-wave rectifier type with one common cathode.
