I'm still using my stock of https://uk.farnell.com/multicore-loctit ... /dp/419503
Multicore 505 is great for SMT work - non-corrosive rosin and 62% Sn, 36% Pb, 2% Ag Alloy - love silver-loaded alloys...

I'm getting towards the end of my reel and will need some more - is "no clean" solder any good?
I haven't cleaned any of my pcbs after soldering - am I asking for trouble long term?

Never really liked no clean stuff - cleaning is easy with a cotton bud and some IPA.
The general thinking is that leaving the board uncleaned is not a great plan in the long term as the contaminants can cause leakage etc.
