The Big Sounds of the Drags Ripped to 16/44.1 FLAC, as recommended by a good friend in the 'States, who knew this era well. He even designed some of the induction and exhaust systems. Well enough for them to be banned for not being in 'the spirit' of the regulations.

Discovered this earlier in the week - it is the best performance of La Boheme I have ever heard, period. Just bought an early mono pressing of it.

I really must take a listen to 'The Big sounds of the Drags', maybe the ultimate in soundtrack albums ?

been taking a trip down memory lane...back in 1973 everybody thought I'd lost it when I kept raving about these guys...not sure if most of the members are the same but for sure David Surkamp is...

If you don't like coral music you might like this...

I hadn't listened to this in years, what a great racket.

The following recommendation is a little bit “free jazz” in one or two places, which might put some people off but taken as a whole, “Blow Your Snorkel” by Reef Rainbow and his Angel Fish is a cracker.
