Has anyone bought anything from Jacmusic recently?
Service has always been really good in the past, but I sent a payment earlier this month, and I haven't received any acknowledgement, and no replies to any emails.
I received a paypal.me link which appeared to come from Jacmusic, and I used that to send the payment.

Yes, not sure what that Duncan bloke was on about
Oh well, I paid through Paypal, so if I don't get any joy soon I'll have to open a dispute.
I'll keep this thread updated

I sent Jac an email saying if I didn't hear anything I would have to open a dispute. I received a tracking number about 30 mins later, shipment date tomorrow, so all good.
That DIYaudio thread was end of 2020, so Jac may be having COVID issues. Anyway, it seems he is OK, which is the main thing.

I'm glad you're getting somewhere now. It's not a good advert for his business , is it ?
I will say that there were 'mixed' views about him 15 years ago when I last went to ETF.

In Germany the views are still mixed...

I think it was just about his ego...

Glad it seems to be working out for you.
