You're supposrd to br able to use them in mono.

What is point!?

I dont have a lack of stage, depth etc. E .g. DSOM was like a huge monstrous sea of all engulfing power...kinda frightening! Brandenberg 3 cool quintet stuff ( pondrrs...quintet? Well however many...- nice!)
Still I could do with a crit. The Internet just shows massive commercial hype and no one to contradict ir make constructive suggestions.

Phantoms as a pair will not work without wifi.
Thats got to be a negative!

Re -Mono....aaaaaah! I was assuming (wrongly then?) they'd be Sterry-erry-o because the way the room was set up with two of the beasts pointing at you like a normal demo, 2 speakers would be a strong indicator of approaching stereo-ness yah?!

They were awethumne in their own special way, did I mention that?

They had one bits on a table, the chassis is a seriously hefty lump metal with metal cased screened electronics a-gogo.

Sorry -couldn't resist. ;)

Humour aside though, be interesting to hear a pair. I haven't to date, so I'll keep what passes for my mind open. Always room for something different, and some of the electronics being exploited are very clever.

Dyson, ,Devialet. Devialet Dyson- yeah Id thought that too. Too obvious but hey! Why not.

Apparently the major investorin Devialet is Louis Vuitton. Isn't he big in handbags?

I've had a brief listen to Andrews little devils.

I would have liked to compare them with something else, but it was not to be.

Impressive was my opinion. :)

mmmmmm they are 'impressive' in any way I can think of such a word can be interpreted - no Vogon poetry here!

A comparison would be jolly good for those who like such.

The massive drawback (only drawback) with the tiny devils is that ,as far as I can see, understand, is that for them to work there must be a reasonably good wifi to connect to.

Sizewise Owston would rattle and hum as the SPW the devs put out is amazing! All nice and quiet they are just quiet and er precise, not bad really.

Hooray for 27. If I did the lottery I'd vote for 2,7,27,72, and then run out of suitable...
But no,what's this!?
No,I was only kidding.... back to parking cars

DL96? Have a load of those - part of the standard 4-valve line-up for late 1950s radios (my main weakness) - typical liineup was DF96 DK96 DAF96 DL96 ...

Lovely little output pentode, aka N25, 1P1 or 3C4 - 200mW (600mW max) with Va @ 85V & a heater of only 2.4V@25mA or 1.4V@50mA...
