That's essentially what we were doing in Newfoundland back in the day. ICE vehicles need fluids to be fluids to operate.

Cyclist had jumped a red light then had a near miss with the pedestrian on a zebra crossing, after which the cyclist confronted and headbutts the guy... Police are looking for him...

It's not like it hasn't been known for decades that pretty much every battery technology has issues with low temperatures as most rely on some form of chemical reaction and we all know, or at least those of us who did A Level chemistry do, that as the temperature falls, the kinetic energy of the mol...

Wasn't that painful in the end (*)...

Trip to London to the Portuguese Consulate, couple of hours in there, back to Bank for lunch with #2 son (he paid) and then home to Kent.

Should get the passport in 2 weeks.

(*) Snigger - just add a "?" and the whole meaning changes...

Trying to sort my new Portuguese Passport.

They have an "interesting" way of allocating bookings at the consulate (you have to book a slot to go in person to get a new passport).

I might just have to go outside and scream a bit...

My daughter gave birth to baby girl Evie last night.11;55 pm, 7lb 15oz. I'm a grandad again. :D Super ! Congratulations! Great name too! Granddaughters are cool! We got our second granddaughter (Lily) mid December from our daughter and twin girls due end April from our daughter in law. All girls!

Network config stuff makes me nervous, it seems like it could be very easy to do something inappropriate or even dangerous through lack of knowledge. Are there any simple solutions that are a bit more "plug and play" that don't need you to be a Comp Sci person? Very good point. IPFire on ...
