Yeah, Will, there's a book detailing JP's life and it makes references to his penchant for Indian make-up and dancing a lot. 315v is near enough for jazz. Coolio, I'll knock it down for to 295V for the Blues though. If you want to be very picky, measure the current and voltage agross the valves and check their dissapation, but it should be fine. Can do and will do, nowts glowing or burning. Right, free night tonight to play with DHTski. 1st up, got the HT up a bit with a bit of cap tweakage. It's now sitting at 315V DC after a 5 min warm up. Is that a tad too high? Target was 300V-ish I've only got a few cap values at home to play with, 1uF got it to 294V and 2uF up to 315V. 2nd, Anode...
