Hi,
my approach: I ignore the powers of ten. Each value is placed into a clear plastic bag, and the bags are placed into bins like this:
1st bin: 1, 10, 100, 1k, 10k ,.....
2nd bin: 1.2, 12, 120, 1.2k, 12k, 120k,.... etc.
etc.

You are getting the gist.

Have fun sorting your goodies,

Fred

A friend of mine is current building the hybrid amp from high - amp . de / html / frame.html (remove blanks). I found at least one issue with the PCB and brought it to the designer's attention, who fixed it. The circuit diagram looks very good to me (I also ran a simulation), but I would recommend t...

Hi, I've been very happy with my STAX Gamma "earspeakers" which I bought in the late 80s. The foam pads are crumbling into oblivion and replacement parts are no longer available, but the sound is still as clear and convincing as ever. Since the STAX "passive adapter" is nothing t...

hi from a DIY tube audio enthusiast

Hi, my main interest is DIY tube audio. I just posted in the most recent thread on electrostatic headphones; hope I won't get into trouble by trying to appending a website address. I mostly listen to classical music (particularly early music) with my STAX Gamma and my homebuilt Kevin Gilmore all-tri...
