I do have an 832 (although it has once again developed a 60hz hum in the right channel). Was thinking of stepping up to a bigger bottle but can't afford the godzilla sized 833 tube.

Have you read the Purple Computing Sharehardware story ( http://pfranc.com/projects/g45contr/g45story.htm )? Its an amazing story that shows that honesty still exists in our society. I have been in communication with a chap in Germany (on e-bay) about 6 caps, and trying to sort out a reasonable ship...

use the 832 to drive it, and post photos - especially of 833's pink spot. We all love seeing the pink spot.
