That box is just a pair of step up transformers to run the headphones, with a bypass switch on it to run speakers its not an amp. It has 2 different secondaries giving 2 gain levels for the headphones off the same switch

Well today it is behaving itself and i havent used the servisol because i didnt get around to it. For some reason either power cycling it or the moving of the pots seems to have cleared the fault for now.
