I'm from the U.S. (hope you won't hold that against me) I'm an Electrical Engineer by training, but moved to software many years ago. Most of the work I've done has been visual rather than audio related, but I'm excited to get back into my roots.

What Dave and Mike suggested has worked well for me over the years as well. Slow and steady alternating heat and leverage usually works.

Most financial institutions will provide instructions to you instead of providing a link.
